Welcome to our Budbrooke PTA 100 Club
A great way for you to support us and be in with a chance of winning cash prizes each month!
£12.50 buys you one membership number (that we will allocate), which enters you into the monthly draw for one calendar year. All participants must be over 16.
The draw will take place on the first working day of each month with the winning numbers being announced on the Budbrooke School PTA Facebook page.
If you win, a member of the PTA will contact you and arrange for you to receive your prize.
The prize money will be split into first, second and third prizes and will total 20% of the membership fees taken. The remaining 80% will go towards funding the school’s Twinkl subscription – an important resource that supports teachers with learning activities and materials for our children.
The prizes will be as follows:
- First prize: 10% of the monthly prize pot
- Second Prize: 6% of the monthly prize pot
- Third Prize: 4% of the monthly prize pot
Whilst this is a 100 Club, more numbers will be made available if required.
100 Club Rules
Purpose
The purpose of the Budbrooke School PTA 100 Club is to raise funds. The money will be paid into the PTA bank account and used to meet funding requests from the school, providing equipment, resources and opportunities for pupils.
It is our hope that the funds from the 100 Club will be used to pay for the school’s annual Twinkl subscription.
Rules
- For a cost of £12.50 per year you will be allocated one number between one and 100. Should there be demand, more numbers will be allocated.
- Membership fee includes a 50p admin fee to cover website and banking fees to administer the monthly prize giving. For each membership, £12 will be entered into the overall pot.
- A draw will be made every month with a 1st, 2nd and 3rd prize.
- Each month, the prizes will total 20% of the membership fees taken.
- This will be apportioned as: 1st prize of 10%, 2nd prize of 6% and 3rd prize of 4%.
- The 100 Club is a private lottery and is open to all parents, carers, staff and friends of Budbrooke Primary School. Anyone aged 16 or over can join.
- Numbers are limited to four per household.
- Payments must be made via the Budbrooke PTA website, in cash to a PTA Committee member or via pre-arranged bank transfer. No refunds will be given for those who wish to cancel before the end of their 12-month subscription.
- Membership numbers will only be entered into the monthly draw if their subscription is up to date.
- If a member has no valid reason for missing their renewal payment, their number may be sold to someone else.
- The draw shall be made by a member of the PTA using a random number generator.
- The name and membership numbers for each month’s winners will be posted on the Budbrooke School PTA Facebook page.
- The 100 Club will be run by the Budbrooke School PTA. In case of any dispute the decision of the PTA committee is final.
- Unless otherwise advised, a member will be deemed to have left the 100 Club if their subscription renewal remains unpaid for a period of one month.
- If a winner cannot be contacted, the winnings will be placed into PTA funds after six months.
